Speed and quality of delivery is very important to us; we want you to be more than satisfied with our service. We make every effort to dispatch orders on the day of receipt, if received before 1pm, Monday-Friday. We normally use Royal Mail.

It is worth noting that we find a high proportion of missing items are held at local sorting offices or are held by a neighbour or colleague. Royal Mail should leave a card indicating this, however there are times when these are misplaced or not left at all, so if possible please check first.

In the unlikely event of your product being out of stock, we will contact you and tell you when we expect to receive your product. We will be able to arrange any changes to your order if you feel it necessary.
